Treblinka

Black Metal band formed in 1987. Now known as Tiamat. The name of the band refers to one of the six Nazi extermination camps (Auschwitz-Birkenau, Belzec, Chelmno, Majdanek, Sobibуr, Treblinka) founded in German-occupied Poland, designed to exterminate any “undesirables” such as Jews, Roma (Gypsies), etc.

The first disc features the single and both demos (in reverse chronological order). The second disc has a live concert captured in Stockholm on April 7, 1989, and a rehearsal recorded on January 3, 1989.
