Elysian Blaze - Cold Walls and Apparitions
Debut album by one of the best acts from Australia. Excellent doom laden black metal, very much in the vein of their other work, but a bit harder to get into, it requires multiple listens to really sink in. At first I didn't think much of this album, but over time it really grew on me; the murky production, subtle keyboards and slow uneasy riffs make this an album of pure class. Highly recommended!!!
The new album will hopefully be released soon, highly awaited on my part.
