Urfaust- Der freiwillige Bettler
One of the few bands I actually try and keep up with. Drei Rituale Jenseits Des Kosmos... and Einsiedler are definitely my favorite works by this duo and while this release is a step more into solid black metal territory it's still good and just different enough to keep me surprised and interested. This band shows no sign of slowing down. Catch them this summer in Texas at Rites of Darkness (wish i was going)

This record is interesting. good balance of dark atmospheric parts and shredding. the vocals take some getting used to but i think they fit well with the overall semi-drone sound.
Rites isn't until the winter
